Satisfactory Stay near Rembrandtplein
central location helpful staff good base luggage space
The location is quite central. The tram stops very close to the hotel. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff . The hotel provided a good base for exploring the city.
The room felt a little small, which limited luggage space.

Excellent City Center Hotel
great location helpful staff
The hotel location is excellent, with convenient access to public transport. The square outside has numerous restaurants, offering various dining options. The staff was very helpful. The hotel provided water and candies in the lobby. I found this a kind gesture.
I noticed the shower door covered only about half of the open space. Using the shower resulted in water on the bathroom floor if I was not careful. The hotel should look into this issue.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with good air conditioning and comfortable pillows. Plentiful toiletries were available. I also appreciated the well-appointed room with a lovely view facing Rembrandtplein.

great stay!
great location friendly staff comfortable beds
The hotel has a great location and a tram stop is just outside the door. bars and restaurants are close to the hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. the room includes comfortable beds and an amazing shower. I really enjoyed it.
the air conditioning seems old and barely works. there was already a fan in the room, but it was still quite hot. i wish the air conditioning was more effective.

the room offered a great view. it was clean and modern. the bathroom and shower were super clean. the room featured a large window, which i thought was quite nice.

central location spacious room helpful staff
The hotel location was very central. It had everything I needed. The room was spacious. I also found the staff helpful. They provided a dog bed, a really nice touch. The room was big for a standard room. That worked very well for me.
The hotel was in a very busy area. Therefore, it was noisy.
Service

The staff offered prompt room service when I requested anything. Check-in was smooth. I was able to check in early, and they also held my baggage after checking out! This made a difference.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
limited breakfast poor soundproofing
My room lacked proper soundproofing. I constantly heard noise from outside. The breakfast had limited options. I expected more variety for the price. The bathroom cleanliness could have been better (there was hair in the shower drain). it was not a terrible stay, but the hotel needs some improvements.

noise problem no slippers
The hotel has a perfect location to explore. Staff working during breakfast were very helpful.
The noise from the square was a significant issue, the room not being adequately soundproofed. The air conditioning was not effective. Bathroom lacked slippers.
